ONLINE PAYMENT TERMS
Important Notes about Online Payments and Time Required to Process Instructions
Our preferred method of payment is through bank transfer directly to our bank account and the processing of online payments incurs a 3% surcharge on the amount which will be automatically calculated and debited from your credit card on processing. Please note that online payments must be made in EURO (€).
Our confirmation of receipt of a credit card payment is not confirmation that any associated work referenced by the payment will be actioned by us. We do not accept responsibility for carrying out work until we have given you express written confirmation that we have received your instructions to proceed and that we are in a position to deal with the matter within the time frame available.
Making Payments and Instruction Processing Deadlines
Hanna Moore + Curley cannot guarantee that work will be carried out if we receive instructions and payment with less than seven days before any deadline. This is most often due to factors beyond our control (such as time differences between countries, public or other holidays in other countries, the possibility that instructions may not be received in time even if deemed by you to have been sent, or depending upon Associates in other countries who cannot accept late instructions) and may also arise in the event that it is not clear what a payment relates to and/or the date instructions are received do not leave sufficient time for the work to be completed on time.
If you are intending to pay us for work to be done within the seven day period above, please also contact us by telephone +353 1 661 3930 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to advise that an urgent payment has been made and please quote our full file reference. We do not accept responsibility for carrying out work until we have given you express written confirmation that we have received your payment and instructions to proceed and that we are in a position to deal with the matter within the time frame available.

It is necessary for Hanna Moore + Curley to retain a certain amount of personal information supplied for the online payment of fees. In connection with payment by debit/credit card, we retain the customer name and address only. We do not retain any debit/credit card details. Such details are retained on our behalf by Stripe (see Disclosure below) and may be reviewed by Hanna Moore + Curley through an encrypted, secure web dashboard.
Hanna Moore + Curley takes its security responsibilities seriously, employing the most appropriate physical and technical measures, including staff training and awareness, and these measures are reviewed regularly. To ensure the security of your credit card information when you use same to discharge Hanna Moore + Curley fees on this site, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You will see the padlock in your browser's security display indicating that the transfer of all data between your browser and our site has been encrypted.
In order to successfully execute an online payment the Hanna Moore + Curley website must pass certain credit card information to Stripe, our secure online payments provider. Rather, it is transferred directly to Stripe in encrypted format for processing. Neither Stripe nor Hanna Moore + Curley retain your full credit card details after the payment has been processed. Only the last 4 digits of your card are retained to facilitate the historical look up of transactions if you find that you have a specific query about your transaction and need to confirm which of your cards you used to make the online payment.
